       This Travel Agency is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises. etc.). Travel Agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract. failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scneduling or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest. mechan:cal or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions. omissions or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveller assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. However, we specifically recommend that U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the Carribbean, do so with a valid U.S. passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Departrnent. (202) 647-5225. For medical information, call the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveller is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climate disruptions, and the possibility traveller may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this Travel Agency regarding travel insurance. Traveler's retention of tickets. reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

     Payment Polices Vary from travel product to travel product and suppIier's accepted form(s) of payment. Generally accepted are American Express, MasterCard and Visa as well as checks. When a particular booking is made with us, we will inform you of the acceptable methods of payment accepted for deposit and/or final payment as well as the timetable in which deposits, final payments and cancellations, if any must be made by. Your credit card may show charges for travel booked originating from Geostravel, and/or the supplier used. All checks are subject to verification of sufficient funds and are professionally collected in the event of non-payment and a minimum service charge of $35.00 USD will be added to all check amounts. Personal checks are not accepted for one-way (single) travel, for travel within 15 days of initial confirmation to departure date, and from residents of the states of Florida or California. All checks must be drawn on a US bank using US funds.

Geostravel reserves the right to charge a service fee of $20.00 USD on domestic airline ticket issuance and $50.00 USD per person cancellation fees above and beyond supplier imposed cancellation charges.

At this time, Geostravel does not intend to actively solicit the booking of travel from residents whose primary residence is in the states of California or Florida.

Geostravel reserves the right to review and change above policies at any time without prior notice.
